DRD Consulting Ltd is a UK-registered limited company providing access to remote, non-medical ADHD-focused services through a network of independent practitioners.

The business was developed to address a growing need for accessible, thoughtful, and clearly bounded support services that are informed by deep clinical understanding while remaining transparent about scope, responsibility, and delivery.

DRD Consulting Ltd is led by Shelbi Downes, Director and sole shareholder.

Shelbi oversees business operations, practitioner partnerships, and service development. Her role is to ensure services are delivered within a clear, ethical framework that supports independence, quality, and appropriate boundaries.

Shelbi does not provide clinical services.

DRD Consulting Ltd does not employ clinicians or coaches.

All services accessed through DRD Consulting Ltd are delivered remotely by independent practitioners who:

• practise under their own professional registrations and indemnity
• retain responsibility for their own professional decisions
• operate within clearly defined scopes of practice
   

Practitioners subcontract with DRD Consulting Ltd while remaining professionally autonomous.

While practitioners work independently, services are delivered within a framework informed by senior clinical practitioner experience and professional governance.

Experienced clinicians support the business through advisory input, governance frameworks, and guidance on professional standards and service pathways. This ensures services are thoughtfully designed, ethically delivered, and appropriately bounded, without compromising practitioner independence.
