DRD Consulting Ltd - Practitioners

Independent practitioners delivering services through DRD Consulting Ltd

Services accessed through DRD Consulting are delivered by a network of independent practitioners with experience in ADHD and neurodivergent support.

This page explains how practitioners work with DRD Consulting and what independence means in practice.

Our Standards

Independent practice

Practitioner selection and standards

Practitioner selection and standards

DRD Consulting does not employ clinicians or coaches.

Practitioners who deliver services through DRD Consulting:

  • practise independently
  • operate under their own professional registrations and indemnity
  • retain responsibility for their own professional decisions
  • deliver services remotely

Practitioners subcontract their services to DRD Consulting while remaining professionally autonomous.

Practitioner selection and standards

Practitioner selection and standards

Practitioners are selected based on relevant experience, professional background, and alignment with the values and standards of the DRD Consulting model.

While practitioners work independently, services are delivered within a framework informed by senior clinical practitioner experience, professional governance, and clearly defined service pathways.

This approach supports consistency across services, maintains clarity around roles and responsibilities, and ensures appropriate professional boundaries are upheld.

Oversight, Clarity, and Professional Judgement

Clinical insight and governance

Matching the right practitioner with you

Matching the right practitioner with you

Experienced clinicians support DRD Consulting through advisory and governance roles. This input helps inform:

  • practitioner selection
  • service design and pathways
  • professional standards and ethical boundaries

This support does not compromise practitioner independence or transfer clinical responsibility to the business.

Matching the right practitioner with you

Matching the right practitioner with you

Matching the right practitioner with you

The practitioner involved in any service will depend on:

  • the nature and focus of the enquiry
  • the type of support requested
  • individual needs, preferences, and circumstances

Where appropriate, guidance may be provided on suitable next steps, alternative options, or onward pathways.

Clinical insight and governance

Matching the right practitioner with you

Clinical insight and governance

 We believe that people understand:

  • who they are working with, what they do, and don't do
  • the independent nature of practitioner services
  • what services can and cannot provide

Each practitioner profile will be made available clearly outlining professional background, scope of practice, and independence.

“We're not your typical therapist's. And that’s a very good thing.”
