David Downes
David is a senior psychological practitioner specialising in ADHD and neurodivergence in adults, particularly those in leadership or high-responsibility roles. Diagnosed with ADHD in his 60s, he combines lived experience with more than 15 years of practice and over 15,000 one-to-one sessions.
David has specialist ADHD training with UKAAN in pre-screening and is a certified QBCheck facilitator. He also provides psychological consultation to organisations operating in complex or high-pressure environments.
Rebecca Downes
Rebecca Downes is a senior psychological practitioner specialising in ADHD and neurodivergence in adults, with a particular interest in how cognitive differences interact with demanding professional and organisational environments.
Before entering clinical practice, Rebecca worked in strategic HR and organisational development, supporting leaders and teams navigating complex change and sustained responsibility. She has specialist ADHD training with UKAAN and is a certified QBCheck facilitator.
Alongside private practice, Rebecca provides psychological consultation within organisations and is the developer of the emerging NSCF–CTA™ framework, exploring how capacity, perceived threat, and agency interact within the nervous system under sustained load.
